Friday, (Pajama Party Night) September 26th- Doors Open 5pm Conference begins at 6pm-9pm Saturday, September 27th Doors Open at 8am. Conference Begins at 9am-4pm.

What Denomination is Fueled By Faith?
Fueled By Faith is an interdenominational organization that believes and teaches from the Bible. We believe that Jesus came, died, and rose from the dead, and we invite the Holy Spirit into our events. We also provide education on the Holy Spirit for those who are interested. Rather than operating under one specific church, we partner with many local churches as part of the larger Body of Christ. Our heart is to unite believers across denominations in pursuit of a deeper relationship with God.
What is included with my sponsorship/vendor table?
Each Sponsor includes SPACE for one 6ft table(please bring your own table, two chairs(provided), and access to engage with attendees during designated shopping hours. Additional perks depend on sponsorship level.
Can I bring my own signage and promotional materials?
Yes! You are encouraged to bring banners, business cards, and promotional items to enhance your presence. .
When can I set up and tear down?
Friday: Set up from 3:30-5:00 PM (Doors open at 5:00 PM, event starts at 6:00 PM). YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR BOOTH UP FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY.
Saturday: Set up from 7:00 AM (Doors open at 8:00 AM, event starts at 9:00 AM).
Tear down is after the closing hour on Saturday following the conference.
When are shopping hours?
One hour before the conference begins (Friday & Saturday).During lunch on Saturday.One hour after the conference ends on Saturday.
I'm traveling for the conference. Can you set me up with travel info?
Absolutely! The nearest airport to the First Baptist Activity Center in Wilmington, NC, is Wilmington International Airport (ILM), which is about a 15-minute drive away. For accommodations, there are several hotels nearby, including:

What if my organization does not align with biblical principles?
Our conference stands firmly on biblical principles. If your organization does not reflect these values, we will kindly ask that you do not participate as a sponsor or vendor.
